OPENING DATE OF APPOINTMENTS

• There are no more appointments available for the 2nd half of January 2026 for the first Schengen visa application category for Senegal.
• There are no more appointments available for the 2nd half of January 2026 for the Mobile Biometrics category for Gambians and other nationalities residing in Gambia (except Senegalese).
• Appointments are available for the 2nd half of January 2026 for the Schengen visa renewal category for Senegal.
• Appointments for the first half of February 2026 will be open on Monday January 26, 2026 from 12:00 p.m.

BLS will only be able to grant one appointment per IP address, unless the appointment concerns the spouse and/or first-degree family members (parents, children). In this case, when submitting the file, you will need to provide documents proving these family ties. Otherwise, BLS will be obliged to refuse ALL files included in the group appointment (even that of the first applicant). RFK NATIONAL VISA INFORMATION

From November 3, 2025, all national visa applicants (RFK-RFX-RFN-TRA-SSU-SLU-SME) arriving without a complete file will have to make a new appointment request by email to the Spanish consulate in Dakar.

IMPLEMENTATION OF PRE-PAYMENT OF BLS SERVICE FEES FROM 26-SEPTEMBER 2022 In order to secure requests for appointments to submit visa applications and to offer you a better service, BLS has set up online prepayment of its service fees.

These service fees, remunerating the activity of BLS as a provider of the outsourced file reception service, are collected in local currency and amount to 11,000 FCFA per file submitted and are not refundable

The BLS service fee should not be confused with the visa fee, which will always be paid at the time of your deposit.
