1 – OPENING DATE OF APPOINTMENTS

• 2. There are no more Appointments available for the month of September 2025 for the Mobile Biometrics category for Gambians and other nationalities residing in Gambia.
• 3. Appointments are available for the month of September 2025 for the Schengen visa renewal category for Senegal.
• 4. Appointments for the month of OCTOBER 2025 will be open on Tuesday SEPTEMBER 23, 2025 from 12:00 p.m.

2 - RFK NATIONAL VISA INFORMATION

From October 1, any national visa applicant (RFK) arriving without a complete file will have to make a new appointment request by email to the consulate.

BLS will only grant one appointment per IP address, unless the appointment concerns the spouse and/or first-degree family members (parents, children). In this case, documents proving these family ties must be provided when submitting the application. Otherwise, BLS will be forced to refuse ALL applications included in the group appointment (even the first applicant's application).

DOCUMENT TO BE PROVIDED FROM 01-SEPTEMBER 2022

From Thursday 01-09-2022 the day of submission of your visa application ; All original documents + the passport must be presented with their digitized (scanned) versions. Original documents must be submitted along with the form and the scanned PDF copy (scanned to PDF) of all original documents.

NB: You can scan your documents directly at the filing center.

IMPLEMENTATION OF PRE-PAYMENT OF BLS SERVICE FEES FROM 26-SEPTEMBER 2022

In order to secure requests for appointments to submit visa applications and to offer you a better service, BLS has set up online prepayment of its service fees.

These service fees, remunerating the activity of BLS as a provider of the outsourced file reception service, are collected in local currency and amount to 11,000 FCFA per file submitted and are not refundable

The BLS service fee should not be confused with the visa fee, which will always be paid at the time of your deposit.
